OUR COVENANT: Building on a foundation of love for one another and our shared Unitarian Universalist principles, we covenant to:
- Affirm and promote the seven principles and six sources of the UUA, in particular the sixth, “Spiritual teachings of earth-centered traditions which celebrate the sacred circle of life and instruct us to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature.”
- Promote the practice and understanding of Pagan and Earth-centered spirituality within the Unitarian Universalist Association.
- Promote collective and individual actions toward a truer environmental and ecological sustainability.
- Accountably dismantle racism and other oppressions within ourselves and our organization.
- Promote consent culture fully into active reality in our communities.
- Cultivate trust, especially by keeping confidences and commitments.
- Listen to one another with empathy, compassion, and respect.
- Communicate thoughtfully, respectfully, directly, and honestly.
- Honor our differences and seek common ground and equitable resolution.
- Reconcile through forgiving and making amends when we hurt one another.
