Worship Service Request Form

The Worship Team wants you to have an inclusive, inspiring, and diverse worship service every Sunday.

Use this form to send the Worship Team your requests for content to be included in the worship service. In addition to content, individuals, groups, families, and dynamic speakers from the community may all serve as speakers for a worship service. This form provides the Worship Team your idea and a scheduling manager will follow up with you to finalize details.

Please consider that worship is different from “speeches” or “lectures;” it is a time of reflection, spiritual practice, and reverence.
