Strawbale house with 36 bunk beds divided into 2 large rooms, plus 4 small rooms, bathrooms, full kitchen.
There are also two separate cabins available at an additional cost of $150/night, reservation required.
Program will include a guided tour of the farm and some educational activities.
From Blackwood:
“With each group tour we:

• Introduce the concept of food systems.
• Teach how food is grown, what makes a system sustainable, and the value of a healthy diet filled with locally grown meat and produce.
• Show that it is possible—and advantageous—to grow food without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial inputs.”

• Bed linens or sleeping bags
• Pillows
• Towels
• Closed-toe shoes for walking around
• Camping plates and utensils, or let us know if you will be using paper plates
