If you were not able to fill out your pledge card at church you can always fill it out here. Your information will be delivered confidentially to our treasurer. Select the fiscal year that this pledge is for. Our fiscal year starts on July 1st and ends on June 30th of each year.

Enter the city for your mailing address

Add an additional email address if you wish.
Enter your cell phone number
Add any home phone number or any other number if you wish
Enter the amount of your pledge that you will pay each month
Enter your total pledge for the year (monthly pledge * 12)
